Jack's Solar

Jack's Solar honey is produced at an agrivoltaic farm south of Longmont.  This novel process of producing electricity shades fruits, vegetables, and herbs growing underneath solar panels, which are in turn more efficient due to the cooling respiration of the growing plants.  The bees forage on all manner of these crops, as well as yellow rabbitbrush, alfalfa, and autumn raspberry.  When the opportunity arises we bottle the second harvest from Jack's Solar separately due to its notable berry notes!
