Refund policy

Damages and other issues 
Please inspect your order after receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong product. Claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Send claims or concerns to Chris@BoulderValleyHoney.com and include photos of the damaged, defective, or misprinted items and your order number. We require photos and the order number to initiate the return (claims) process.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds 
If you're not satisfied with any items, notify us no later than 14 days after receiving your item(s).  We will accept any sealed and unopened items for full refund, minus shipping and restocking fees. Please email 
Chris@BoulderValleyHoney.com with your request, and include photos of the unopened items. We will notify you once we’ve received the claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is not recognized by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
